Brascan SoundVest Rising Distribution Split Trust

The Brascan SoundVest Rising Distribution Split Trust holds a diversified portfolio of 30 to 40 select income trust securities focused on trusts that have a demonstrated record of increasing distributions and trusts with the potential to increase their distributions. The Fund has a dual security structure consisting of capital units and preferred securities. The preferred securities are rated Pfd-2 by DBRS.

The Fund was established in March 2005 and is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol BST.UN.
